i bartered, canvasses for a nude painting. this is my favorite of the drawings the painting will be based on, isn't she cute?

salon and on

i went to a sort of call your own bluff salon sunday night put together by my gal pal fantAndi!.  each participant read or performed their talent in an effort to start the journey of calling their own bluff. i drew, now i am calling my own bluff by learning photoshop. finally, i am making friends with the computer as a tool! so here are the drawings i am learning to stitch together with my new friend photoshop.

i planned to start this blog fresh from the beach and full of ideas, then july slapped me in the face, knocked me around and flipped me upside down. it is now august, the 2nd to be exact and i am going for it with no concern for capital letters. writing is not my favorite thing to do, but i need to be regimented about something and this is the format i have chosen. i will be posting pictures of my work, collaborations and processes.
